MaryPat--that's how I knew you in years past. I had the privilege of working with you when your life at home was falling apart. You were a force to be reckoned with--a strong willed, intelligent, beautiful, and kind hearted young woman. You took the adversity you faced, and channeled it into making a life for yourself, & helping others see the good in themselves when the darkness had overshadowed them. You deserved such happiness, the career you established, the man who was fortunate enough to call you his wife, and most certainly the beautiful little boy you gave life to. I'm heartbroken to know that you will not be here to mother Liam--the way you so desperately needed to be mothered as a little girl. I'm sorry your hurt was never truly healed, and I wish there was more I could've done to help you in that regard. You were a loving mother, Mary, and I pray you've found peace, some solace, and most of all I pray you knew that you were loved by many.
