Troy A. Carter, 48, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023 in Wilkes-Barre.
Born in Wilkes-Barre on March 9, 1975, he was a son of Denise Carter.
Troy was described as a go getter who loved being around people, laughing and spending time with his family. He liked fishing and watching the New York Giants and New York Yankees. Troy was very fitness oriented and proud of his physique.
He was preceded in death by his twin infant sons, Troy Jr., and George; brother, Mark Carter and grandfather, James Carter, Sr.
Troy is survived by his loving mother, Denise Carter; daughters, Gianna and Alex Carter and Kylie Wetzel; brother, Andrew Carter; grandmother, Mrs. Hattie Carter; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
