Obituary
Jerald L. (Brasby) Swiderski, 70, of Wilkes Barre, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at her home.
Born in Madison, FL, on July 12, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Ellis and Evelyn (Burney) Brasby.
Jerald loved to go shopping, she loved cooking, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially, her grandchildren Aiden and Ryan. She was a former member of Rock Church, Pittston, and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Wilkes Barre.
In addition to her parents, Jerald was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Swiderski, and brothers, Ralph Brasby, and Karl Johnson.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Alma Maciejczyk and her husband Jeffrey; grandchildren, Aiden and Ryan Maciejczyk; brothers, Larry Johnson, Benny L. Brasby, Carlton Brasby, Victor Brasby, Ellis C. Brasby Jr., Arness Brasby, and Villa Don Brasby; several nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 465 South Main St. Wilkes Barre, on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 7:00PM, with the Reverend James Breese Officiating. Friends may call from 5:00 - 7:00 PM that evening.
