Eugene Bolis Obituary

Eugene S. Bolis, 73, formerly of Exeter, of West Pittston, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Kingston Health Care, Kingston.

Born in Exeter on December 31, 1947, he was the son of the late Eugene G. and Mary (Baldini) Bolis. He was a veteran of the United States Army Reserves where he served for 6 years.

Eugene was the owner Gene’s Service Station, Exeter. He loved hiking and fishing. He also enjoyed carving walking sticks and wood sculptures, crafting leather gun holsters and knife sheaths. He was also a gun dealer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant twin.

Surviving are his loving wife of 48 years, Mary Ann (Brennan) Bolis; a daughter, Stacy Popivchak and her husband, Michael; grandchildren Lilianna and Dante; sisters Rosemary Altavilla and Barbara Montante; several nieces and nephews.
