Cecilia Sitar Obituary

Cecilia (Miskiel) Sitar, 89, of Ashley, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Birchwood Nursing Home, Nanticoke.

Born in Wilkes-Barre on February 23, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Pauline (Domanski) Miskiel.

Cecilia was a homemaker and enjoyed raising her children. She enjoyed camping, going to the beach and the casino.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Sitar; daughter, Michelle Renninger; son, Paul Sitar; granddaughter, Holly Mooney and brothers, Anthony and Edward Miskiel.

Cecilia is survived by her son, Donald Sitar; daughters, Donna Moore, Karen Urzen and companion, Ronald Graebner and Marianne Park and husband, James; grandchildren, Brian, Ryan, Devon, Cecelia and Tiffany; great grandchildren, Ethan, Kyle, and Emily and great great grandchildren, Roslin, Elizabeth, Nathanial and Leah and several nieces and nephews.
