Wayne Bell, 28, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Born on May 18th, 1996, he was a son to Shari Richards and Wayne Bell, Sr. He was a 2014 graduate of G.A.R Memorial High School.

Wayne, also know as “Paris”, was kind and compassionate. He would light up any room he walked into with his smile. In his free time, he loved making music, singing and being surrounded by loved ones.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, August Bell, Luna Bell and Saint Bell; Fiancé, Toni Ransome; sisters, Sharianna Bell, Amia Tranquillo and brother, Lucas Bell, as well as nieces and nephews.

Your life was love and labor, your love for your family was true, you did your best for all of us, we will always remember you.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday the 12th at 6:00 PM at Calvary Bible Church, 410 S. River St, Wilkes-Barre, 18702. Family and friends may pay their respects from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
