Tiffany L. Jones, 36, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away August 29, 2025 at UPMC Harrisburg. Born in New York on September 15, 1988, she was a daughter of Jackqline (Jones) Barnhill and the late William Cager.  In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Dennis Rice, Denise Rice and LaShawn Rice and sisters, Ebonee, Devenee, and Destiny.  Family and friends may pay their respects Wednesday, September 17 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
