Thomas Alexander

Thomas Alexander, 93, of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born on September 10, 1932, in Lansford, a son of George Alexander and Bessie Alexander.

He was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. He enjoyed watching Sunday football, watching golf, attending church, spending time with family and friends, being a father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by spouse, Bernadine Alexander; sister, Constance McGuire; father, George Alexander; mother, Bessie Alexander.

He is survived by his Daughter, Cassandra Alexander; Grandson, Nicholas Alexander; Granddaughter, Christina Alexander; Great-grandson, Nicholas Alexander Jr.

Friends and family may attend a visitation on Sunday, February 8th, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral Home, 465 S. Main Street, WIlkes-Barre.

Funeral Services will be held at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church on Monday, February 9th, at 11:00 AM, with Father Pedro Sarsama officiating. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery, Hanover Township.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the church in memory of Tom. May his memory be eternal.
