Theresa (Stefaniak) Lewonka, 75, of Kingston, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Kingston Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Born in Brooklyn, NY on June 30, 1946, she was a daughter of the late John and Rose (Zach) Stefaniak.

Theresa loved spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Lewonka and son, Paul Lewonka.

Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Dorren Lynch and husband, Harold, Darleen Lewonka and Gloriann Lewonka; granddaughter, Brittany Rose Lewonka and great grandchildren, Emma Rose and Cody Daniel.

Private arrangements were entrusted to Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services.
