Thelma Caroline "T.C." Kolesar

Thelma Caroline “TC” Kolesar, 57, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at her home.

Born in Jeffersonville, IN on May 31, 1957, she was a daughter of the late Michael R.  and Virginia Lee (Ballenger) Kolesar.  She was a graduate of Meyers High School and was formerly employed by ShopRite as a supervisor. She later worked at various bookkeeping jobs.

She is survived by her sister, Jennifer Kolesar (Kevin Dyer), Vestal, NY;  brother, Michael Kolesar; maternal grandmother, Dolly Whittington; a nephew, Quentin: a niece, Scarlett; several aunts, uncles and cousins, including her special cousin, Renee Kent and husband, Keith.

Interment will be Friday at noon in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover Twp.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the S.P.C.A.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kniffen O’Malley Funeral Home, 465 S. Main St., Wilkes-Barre.
