Sunday Ann Lutz

Sunday Ann Lutz, 50, of Nanticoke, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness.

Born in Sugarloaf on August 19, 1969, she was the daughter of the late John Hoffman and Margaret Lutz.  After graduating high school, she served in the United States Navy for a short time.

Sunday was employed by Morgan Advanced Materials/Certech, Hanover Township.  She loved the outdoors, the beach and most of all her children.  Sunday always tried to be there for her family.  She was a strong person that always tried to make us laugh and smile.

Sunday loved to read and play games.  She loved animals.

She is survived by her son, Luke Simpkins, Nanticoke; Angelique Lutz, Nanticoke; and brother, Stanley Lutz.
