Souveraine Aristide, 55, of Glen Lyon passed away Friday, January 20, 2017, surrounded by her family at the Mountain City Health & Rehab. Center, Hazle Twp.
She was born in Haiti on August 3, 1961, a daughter of the late Presoir and Acelia (Jeanlouis) Aristide. She devoted most of her life to raising her family and valued the time she spent with them. Souveraine will be remembered for her kind-hearted nature and generosity. She was a very stylish woman and enjoyed any kind of arts, crafts, or painting. She was also an excellent cook and loved gardening.
Souveraine was a member of the Ebenezer International Harvest Assembly of God Church.
Left to cherish her memory are; sons, Jeff Dhaiti and Robenson Dhaiti; daughters, Fabienne Italien, Catiana Aristide, Nelta Dhaiti, and Sarah Dhaiti; grandchildren, Jules, Tyler, and Ryan.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Servcies, Inc., 465 S. Main St., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.
