Shayne Michael Fender, 48, passed away March 17, 2019, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Plains Twp.

Born in Whittier, CA, on October 3, 1970, he was a son of Lory Pepin and Richard Fender, Jr.

A memorial service will be announced in the Pittsburgh area later this year.
