Rita M. Sudol, 81, of Edwardsville, passed away on October 22, 2025, at Third Ave Health and Rehab Center, Kingston.

Born in Nanticoke on September 19, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Anna (Venit) Sudol.

Rita was a member of St. Ignatius Church in Edwardsville. In her free time, she enjoyed spending times with friends and family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Sudol; and brother, Edwin Sudol.

Surviving to cherish Rita’s memory is her cousins, Denise Moheet and Bethany Venit.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM on April 18, 2026, at St. Ignatius Loyola Church, 339 N Maple Ave., Kingston, PA, 18704. Interment will immediately follow the service at the parish cemetery, St. Ignatius Cemetery, Pringle.
