Randolph P. Rawlins, 69, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at Allied Residential Care, Meade Street.

Born in Wilkes-Barre on November 10, 1955, he was a son of the late Randolph and Marian (Foster) Rawlins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandfather, Parran Foster.

He is survived by his sons, Randolph P. Rawlins and Nathan P. Rawlins.
