Patricia Ann Hart

Patricia Anne Hart, 67, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016, at Little Flower Manor, Wilkes-Barre.
Born in Wilkes-Barre on September 22, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Mathew and Louise (Brown) Hart.

Patricia graduated from Hanover High School in 1966 and worked as a nurses aide and in the restorative program at Little Flower Manor for 38 years. She will be deeply missed by all those she worked with. Patricia was an avid reader who enjoyed all types of books but her favorite was Stephen King and Star Trek. She also enjoyed astronomy. She loved her family beyond words and especially loved spending time with her grandson, Dylan. He was her pride and joy and kept her going for so long.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mathew Hart, III.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Jason Hart and fiancée Mary Derolf, Dallas; grandson, Dylan; brother, Daniel Hart and family, FL and cats, Tigger and Emma.

A memorial service celebrating Patricia’s life will be held at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, with Father Richard Ghezzi, Chaplain of Little Flower Manor, officiating from Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. Wilkes-Barre. Family and friends may visit from 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.
