Nicolas James Peralta Almonte

Nicolas James Peralta Almonte, 11 months, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Alfred I. Dupont Hospital for Children, Wilmington, DE.

Nicolas was born in Wilkes-Barre on September 6, 2016 and was the son of Nelson Peralta and Nelfi De Peralta Almonte.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Laysha D. Tavarez Almonte, Neshely M. Peralta Almonte and Juanny Peralta; grandparents, Mireya and Radame Tejada; an uncle, Carlos Rodriguez; aunts, Marlene Rodriguez and Jennifer Tejada and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 465 South Main Street, Wilkes-Barre.  Interment will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Hanover Twp.  Family and Friends may call Monday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
