It’s with heartfelt sympathy that the family of Ashley Ibarguen-Gomez and Anthony Jeremy Cardona announce the passing of their beautiful baby girl, Naylea Alexandria Cardona-Ibarguen. She was brought into this world on October 8, 2025. Although her time was short, the love and joy she brought will be everlasting.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Alejandro P. Ibarguen and Lorena Gomez Lucero; paternal grandparents, Salomon Cardona and Norma T. Cardona; aunts and uncles, Brian and Irvin Ibarguen, Renelle Lawrence, Jorge H., Miguel A., Beatriz, Evelyn, and Ashley Cardona; as well as a host of other loved ones.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 14, from 9AM-12PM at Kniffen O’Malley Leffler, 465 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre. Interment will immediately follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
