WILKES-BARRE- Marjorie F. (Hendler) Price, 92, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Wednesday morning at her home. Born in Hanover Township on December 20, 1920, she was a daughter of the late John and Rosa (Koslosfski) Hendler. She was a graduate of G.A.R. High School. For many years Marjorie was a member of the former Messiah Lutheran Church, Wilkes-Barre, where she was a member of the Altar Guild and taught Sunday School and Confirmation class. She was currently a member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell William Price, who passed away August 9, 1995; a sister Bertha Hendler and brothers, John, Paul, William and Edward Hendler. Surviving are her sons, Russell W. Price, II and John F. Price; grandchildren Jonathan and Sarah; several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Marjorie's life will be held on Friday at Noon from the Kniffen O'Malley Funeral Home, 465 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, with Reverend Mary E. Laufer, Pastor of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wilkes-Barre, officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Hanover Township.
