Margaret "Peggy" (Thomas) Puchalski

Margaret “Peggy” Puchalski, 76, of Wilkes-Barre passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016, at the Celtic Hospice inpatient unit of Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre. She was born in Wilkes-Barre on July 16, 1940, a daughter of the late Leroy Thomas and Sophie (Trudnak) Thomas.
Peggy retired in 2002 as a secretary with the Wilkes-Barre School District. She liked to travel to the Delaware beaches for vacation and family visits. She truly enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Martha Zaremski, and her two brothers, Leroy Thomas and Leonard Thomas.
Left to cherish her memory are; her sons, Bruce Puchalski of Chambersburg, PA and Robert M. Puchalski, Jr. of Edwardsville; four granddaughters, Melissa, Sara, Dana and Tessa; her brother, Robert Thomas of Wilkes-Barre; her sisters, Madeline Domanski of Dover, DE and Elizabeth Dunay of Ashley; several nieces and nephews.
