Makiyah Robinson, 8, blossomed into this world on March 20, 2007 at Wilkes Barre General Hospital.
She had a smile that lit up the room. Makiyah was a free spirit everyone that knew her knew she loved life. Makiyah enjoyed cheerleading with the Heights Packers. She also loved to go bowling every Sunday and ride her bike. She loved food her favorite place to eat was Applebees. Makiyah adored her two closest cousins Nakiiyah and Amaiyah as if they where her sisters.
Makiyah grew her wings on January 10th, 2016. She is proceeded in death by her Maternal Grandfather, the Late Theodore Anthony Kyser, Uncles, Aunt, and Cousins. She leaves behind her Mother Tameka Taylor, Father Anwar Taylor, Dad Michael Robinson, Maternal Grandmother Mary Kyser, Paternal Grandmother Renee Robinson, Aunt Tywanna McCollum , 2 God Mother’s Janice Pope and Tara Whitehead and God Father Andrew Pope.
Viewing will be held from 9:00 AM till 10:00AM at the church.
Funeral Services will be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 105 Hill Street, Wilkes-Barre, at 10:00 AM on Saturday January 16th with interment to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover Township.
Repass will follow immediately after at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in the Winstead Hall any food donations should be brought at that time.
