Lloyd L. Loen

Lloyd L. Loen, 66, of Emmaus, passed away of September 23, 2024, at the Wilkes-Barre Veterans Medical Center.

Born in Van Nuys, CA, on December 10, 1957, he was the son of the late Harold M. and Doris L. (Percy) Loen.

Lloyd proudly served his country in the US Army doing two tours and having served in the Gulf War.  Lloyd worked for the Cemetery Division of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Seattle and Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Susan M. (Gibbs) Loen, three daughters, Diana Beckman, Rebecca Lyon, Samantha Gutierrez, three step sons, Justin, Bryan and Daniel Kondikoff, 6 grandchildren, 5 ½ step grandchildren, a sister, Linda and half brother, Scott Palm.

Private services have been entrusted to Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, 465 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in Washington Cross National Cemetery, Newtown.
