Karen M. Schwab, 78, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away on Sunday, May 3, at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born on September 2, 1941, in Long Island, NY, she was the daughter of the late Sidney Schwab.

Prior to retirement, Karen worked as a waitress for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Harry Schwab.

Surviving are her loving children, sons Eugene Cihlar, Wilkes-Barre, and William Kristofka of Long Island.daughter Yvette Graziano, son-in-law Dominick Graziano Long Island, NY, 2 grandchildren, Brian and Nicholas Monaco, a sister Janet Schwab, Wilkes-Bare and 2 nieces

Due to the pandemic, private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Services have been entrusted to the Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, 465 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre.
