June Lorraine (Rishell) Healy, 86, of Mountain Top, formerly of Bainbridge, New York, passed away Wednesday morning, March 18, 2015 at Mountain Top Senior Care.
Born in Brooklyn, NY on May 10, 1928, she was a daughter of the late George Rishell and Alice (Searle) Rishell-Watts.
While residing in New York, she was a member of Sidney Senior Citizens Club and Green Coventry Senior Citizens Club. She was previously employed by E.J. Corvette’s for 10 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mathias Healy who passed away September 30, 1988; a son, Dennis Healy, who passed away in 1993; a brother, George Rishell; sister Marylyn McNamara.
Surviving are her daughter, Lorraine Yashowitz and husband, Michael, Mountain Top; son Wayne Healy, Long Island; grandchildren Alicia Kelley and Christopher Yashowitz; brother, Donald Rishell, Staten Island and many other extended family members.
Private services have been entrusted to Kniffen O’Malley Funeral Home, 465 S. Main St. Wilkes-Barre.
