WILKES-BARRE-John Anthony Jones, 39, of Wilkes-Barre passed away September 16, 2012. Born in Wyandanch, NY, he was a son of Vera E. (Jones) Burrell of Wilkes-Barre and the late John C. Mayo. He was the C.E.O and founder of Safe T Zone, Inc. He was proud of his success with his business. He enjoyed golfing, smoking cigars and spending time with his children. He loved his friends and family and always enjoyed having a good time. His laugh was contagious. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Ruth and James Love. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Corey Jones, Wilkes-Barre; daughters Caprice Moyer-Jones, Hopemills, NC; Nadia Marie Jones, Wilkes-Barre; brothers Neal Fauntleroy, Scranton; Alex Fauntleroy, Wilkes-Barre and Jonas Germaine Jones, New York; grandmother Ernestine Small, Long Island, NY; a host of nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Wilkes-Barre. The Reverend Michael Brewster will officiate. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kniffen O'Malley Funeral Home, Inc., 465 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre.
