Jacqueline (Lewis) Roche

Jacqueline B. (Lewis) Roche, 64, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away peacefully at her house on November 21, 2023, after a brave battle with cancer.

Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of the late John Lewis and Eleanore (Gilbert) Lewis.

Jacqueline was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School Class of 1977 and continued her education at East Stroudsburg University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in biology.

Jacqueline was a senior customer service representative for over 17 years, at Offset Paperback Manufacturer in Dallas, PA. She also was a part time employee for Independent Graphics in Wyoming. In her spare time, Jacqueline loved gardening and working in the yard.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 39 years, Joseph Roche; her loving daughter, Katelyn and husband Devon Holvey; brother, Scott Lewis, Wyoming, PA; sisters, Linda Lewis, of IL and Sandra Galushka, of NJ; grandson, Gavin; and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Jacqueline’s life  on  Monday, February 19th at 2:00 PM at Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, 465 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre with Pastor Craig Gommer.   Friends and family are invited to call from 1:00PM till the time of the service.
