Harry Robinson

Harry Robinson, 84, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Timber Ridge Health Care, Plains Twp.

Born in Fairfax, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Otis and Ethel (Pollins) Robinson.

Harry worked for 36 years in the banking industry with Chase Manhattan.

He loved going fishing, especially on Long Island Sound. Harry also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, traveling, bowling and playing scrabble.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Robin R. Robinson-Fanning; granddaughter, Sherell Morrison; brother, Odis Robinson, Jr and sisters, Bertha Robinson-Green and Inez Robinson.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 62 years, Joan E. (Levi) Robinson; daughters, Cheryl A. Morrison and husband, John W. Morrison and Joni L. Jones; grandchildren, Jason Spencer and Jerome A. Morrison and several nieces and nephews.

Private arrangements were entrusted to Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Wilkes-Barre.
