Gladys Degnan, 80, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Saturday, July 14, at Celtic Hospice, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Kingston, on May 3, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Daisy (Moyer) Degnan. She was a member of St. Nicholas Church, Wilkes-Barre. Gladys was preceded in death by 9 brothers; one sister and two nieces. Surviving is sister, Jean Graf and husband, Lenard and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Nicholas Church, 226 S. Washington St., Wilkes-Barre. Anyone attending mass, please go directly to the church. Family and friends may visit Wednesday from 6-8 P.M. at Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services. 465 S. Main St. Wilkes-Barre.
