Gerald Coleman

Gerald Coleman, 86, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015, surrounded by his loving family at Golden Living, Wilkes-Barre.
Born on May 18, 1929, in Washington D.C., he was a son of the late Thelma Briscoe. Gerald worked as a transportation supervisor for American University. He enjoyed playing cards, watching sports and spending time with his family.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Ann (Watson) Coleman; two daughters, Crystan Coleman and Alycia Coley.
Left to honor his memory are daughters, Dawn Hayes, Crystal DuBose, Melanie Thompson and Deborah Coleman; sons, Jonathan , Gregory, Stephan and Antony Coleman; 25 grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren; 17 great great grandchildren; and sisters, Thelma Ann Evans and Margaret Bond.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 12, at Club 79. 78 Blackman St. Wilkes-Barre. Family and friends may visit from 12 P.M.-4 P.M.
