Elizabeth A. (Meier) Billing, 71, of Exeter, formerly of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Plains Twp.
Surviving are a daughter Lisa Brown, Scranton, 2 grandchildren, a sister, Pat Payavis, and a brother, Joseph Meier.
