Destiny Monea Luciano, 29, of Exeter, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 09, 2022, at home.

Born in the Bronx, New York, on May 30, 1993, she was a daughter of Daniel and Miriam (Cuenca) Luciano, Linda Green and Ernest Lee of Wilkes Barre.

Destiny was a graduate of E. L. Meyers High School, she was a loving and caring daughter, a devoted, and loving mother, who adored her daughters. She enjoyed taking them to church, reading them stories, and tucking them in at night. Destiny had a giving heart, if you asked you shall receive whether she didn’t have it or did. She was always helping others. She loved her sisters so very much and would do any and everything for them. Some other favorite things she enjoyed were, watching her favorite tv shows and playing games on her phone. She has such a smooth, loving and squeaky voice, acquaintance and was always on her best Behavior, can get a little feisty when need be but was always her best self. Even when she was hurting in silence she still walked around with a smile on her face. Destiny was loved and adored by Many and her memories will forever live on.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Elba Crespo.

Left to cherish her memory are her three daughters, Miriam Luciano, Alannii Scott, and Aaliyah Scott; parents, Daniel and Miriam Luciano; Linda Green, Ernest Lee, sisters, Erica and Debbie Luciano, Latoya Green, Joyce Constant, Fatima And Lakima James, Shantrice Bootman, Tyshanie and Dejay Lee, Jakeita Days, Daina Donaldson, Jennifer Velez, Melanie crespo brothers, Berto Crespo, Jesus Curry, Joel Curry, Eddie Tricoche, Lenny Green, Ernest, Devante, Dijuan and Jamel Marshall,  several nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins  and many friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 465 S. Main Street Wilkes Barre, PA 18701. A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of services begin. Interment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover Township. Arrangements entrusted to Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. Wilkes Barre.
