Denine S. (Mapp) Robichaux

Denine S. (Mapp) Robichaux, 56, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away on Sunday, May 9th, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, Plains.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, on April 18, 1965, she was the daughter of the late George and Frances Mapp.

Denine worked as a receptionist for C.E.O. and Beekman Street Head Start Program, Wilkes-Barre.

She loved her children and grandchildren, they were the light of her life.  She enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Debbie Mapp, Naomi Mapp, Joanne Mapp, 2 brothers, Ricky Mapp and George Mapp.

Surviving are her daughter, Mia Robichaux, two sons, Tyler Robichaux and Francis Shay Mapp, all of Wilkes-Barre, 4 grandchildren, Jernee Kimbrough, Zevin Robichaux, Tianni Walker, Fendi Robichaux, a sister, Jeanie Mapp, 3 brothers, Billy Mapp, Eugene Mapp, and Tracy Mapp, several nieces and nephews.

Private family viewing will be held at the convenience of the family by Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, 465 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre. In accordance with the CDC, mask will be required.
