Darlene R. Walker, 69, of Larksville, passed away on January 16, 2024, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.

Born on June 12, 1954, she is the daughter of the late Robert Jenkins and Lorriane (Harrison) Jenkins.

Darlene was born in Queens, New York, and lived in Brooklyn, New York for many years before relocating to Pennsylvania to be closer to her family. For the majority of her life, Darlene worked as an accountant and was known for her sense of humor.

Surviving is daughter, Adiel Tyson and husband Donald; son, Aaron Walker; brother, Richard Williams; sisters, Phyllis Stovell, Roberta Rozzell, Sabrina Rozzell, Patricia Williams, and Veronica Clark and husband Kenneth; and grandchildren, Natalie, Eli, Jaiden, Aaliyah, Dominique, and Darrian.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 6th at 1:00 PM with Reverend Shawn Walker officiating at Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Wilkes-Barre.  Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation from 12:00 PM till the time of the service.
