Constant J. Pivinski “Connie”, 77, of Hanover Twp., passed away Monday, March 20, 2023 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Plains Twp.

Born in Wilkes-Barre on October 7, 1945, he was a son of the late Constant “Gus” and Julia (Cygarowski) Pivinski.

Connie graduated from King’s College and worked as an accountant for many years at Shadie Electric and Friedman Electric.

He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his dog, Rupert. Connie also had a green thumb and loved working in his garden.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Shirly A. (Etter) Pivinski “Snookie”.

Connie is survived by his son, Stephen Pivinski; granddaughter, Kaya; 3 great-grandchildren and sister, Mary Shiskowski.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 4 at 11:00 AM at Albright United Methodist Church, 115 Dana Street, Wilkes-Barre. Please go directly to the church if attending.
