Chester Stout, 77, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away at his home on October 16, 2020. He was born in Wilkes-Barre on May 15, 1943 to the late Rockford and Enola Stout. He will be greatly missed by his significant other, Jane Mitchell and his cats. Arrangements are private for his family through Kniffen O'Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Wilkes-Barre.
