Bennett K. Bowden, 33, of Kingston, and formerly of Berwick and Hanover Township, passed away Sunday at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, Maryland.  Benny was born in Staten Island, NY, on July 17, 1985.  He is the son of Dale and Gail (Robbins) Bowden.

Benny attended Berwick and G.A.R. Memorial High School and was employed locally as a laborer.

Benny was preceded in death by paternal grandfather; Bennett Bowden and maternal grandfather; Willard Robbins.  Uncle; Todd Bowden.

Surviving along with his parents are his children; Derrick and Travis Bowden and Kamyrn and Sadie Bowden.  Companions; Heidi Grabko and Danielle Mchugh.  Paternal grandmother; Rose Bowden and maternal grandmother; Betty Robbins.  Sisters, Laura and Samantha Bowden.  Brother; Troy Bowden.  Jack and Jonathan Bowden as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services for Bennett will be held on Friday at 12:00 at Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral and Cremation Services Inc. 465 South Main Street Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.  Rev. Carol E. Coleman will officiate.  Interment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call on Friday from 10:00am until time of service at 12:00.
