Obituary
Anne Marie Thomas, of Wilkes-Barre, passed on Thursday, September 22, at her home surrounded by her loving family after fighting a courageous battle with lung & kidney cancer.
Born in Scranton, she later moved to Forest Hills, NY, where she managed a small grocery store.
Anne Marie loved spending time with her family and was of the Catholic faith.
Preceding Anne Marie in death was her loving husband, Charles E. Thomas, who passed away on August 1, 2007, and her brother, William James.
A loving daughter, Catherine Thomas Skibinski, Hanover Township, 3 grandchildren, Karl, Olivia and Shaun, survives her.
Private Services were held at the convenience of the family. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township. Arrangements entrusted to Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., Wilkes-Barre.
