Ann (Best) Krisiewicz

Ann (Best) Krisiewicz, 82, of Moosic, passed away on September 1 ^st , 2021, at St. Mary’s Villa Nursing Home, Elmhurst Township.

Born in Moosic on October 11, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Agnes (Donovan) Best.

Ann was a graduate of Moosic High School’s class of 1956 and was a member of Queen of the Apostles Parish, Avoca. She loved nothing more than to spend her time with family, especially her grandchildren and her great granddaughter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward S. Krisiewicz, Sr., who passed away on November 23, 2015.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving daughter, Jodi Matuszewski of Dunmore; her loving sons, David Krisiewicz and wife, Denise of Pottstown; Edward S. Krisiewicz, Jr. and wife Helen of Morris Plains, NJ; grandchildren, Amy Lecher and her husband Clint, Alison Matuszewski, Joseph Matuszewski Jr., Sydney Krisiewicz, Noah Krisiewicz, Alexandra Krisiewicz, Amanda Krisiewicz; great-granddaughter Hannah Lecher; a sister, Jean Satulla of Moosic; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m.  on Wednesday, September 8 ^th , 2021, at Queen of the Apostles Parish, 715 Hawthorne St, Avoca, with Father Phillip J. Sladicka officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Moosic.
