Alvin Graydon Paull

Alvin Graydon Paull, 66, of Hanover Township, passed away on Tuesday, October 26, at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on October 4, 1955, in Hanover Township, he was the son of the late Donald G. and Florence E. (Kaufer) Paull.

Al worked as a mechanic for TEI Incorporated, Sweet Valley. He enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing with his family and friends.

Al always was available for his family from coaching baseball to spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He enjoyed tinkering and working on just about anything, no matter what it was. Everyone always said,“If Pop can’t fix it, no one can.”

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Sgt. Chester D. Paull, who was killed in Vietnam, and William Paull, also his beloved pets, Forrest & Chocolate.

Surviving is his loving wife of 43 years, Denise Regina (Sailus) Paull; loving son, Scott Donald Paull, and his wife, Dana, Sweet Valley; two loving daughters, Robyn Nadine Paull and fiancé, Anthony Wargacki, Sugar Notch and Jennifer Lynn Paull and companion, Christopher J. Pollick Jr., Wilkes-Barre; 3 grandchildren, Jake, Ella and Gabrielle Paull and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, 465 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00PM with Father Paul A. McDonnell, OSJ. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family in Oak Lawn Cemetery Cremation Garden, Hanover Township.
