Donald Earl Gilbert, 90, of Wilkes-Barre, died July 29th of natural causes.

He was preceded in death by wife, Peggy (Stamets); daughter, Kimberly Flynn and brothers, William and Leon.

Don is survived by his son, Craig Gilbert (Kathy); his sister, Jane Lewis; grandchildren, Kristian Gilbert (Erica), Katie Bertolino (Jeremy), Matthew Dillon and Casey Flynn and great grandchildren, Brock, Barrett and Beau Bertolino.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 12:00 PM at Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, 465 S. Main St. Wilkes-Barre.  Interment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.

Family and friends may pay their respects from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
