Rosalind R. (Robins) Kolendowicz

Rosalind R. Kolendowicz, 89, formerly of Kingston, passed away Monday, January 22, 2018 at Kingston Health Care Center.

Born in Windsor, England on August 24, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Reginald and Dorothy (Gibbs) Robins. 

Rosalind was a member of St. Ignatius Church, Kingston, She enjoyed crocheting and knitting afghans and reading.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony F. Kolendowicz who passed away in 1979 and her son, Anthony J. Kolendowicz, who passed away in 1987.

Surviving are her daughters, Rosemary and her husband, John Floryan of Swoyersville and Angela M. Laskowski of Wilkes-Barre; grandchildren, John, Jessica, Kathleen and Elizabeth; great-grandchildren, Julianna, Charles and Brylei; one niece.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with the Reverend Leo J. McKernan officiating. Interment will be in St. Hedwig’s cemetery, Larksville.  Services were entrusted to Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 465 S. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre.
