Brian was very kind, doing a lot to make us get through this. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful.

As always Brian, your staff is very professional in what they do. Rynell and Sierra helped me with every need, decision and so forth. My mom looked very nice, the flower arrangement and service was beautiful.
You guys are very considerate, you don't try to rush through things. If I had questions when I called, I would get a prompt response. You are A1 in my book.

After my mom's service, I had a lot of family and friends ask about the sleigh bed for the viewing. They stated they have never seen this before. I told them how comfortable it made me. It took away the harshness of seeing mom in the coffin. A lot of them said this was the way they wanted their viewing to be.

We recently had a funeral for my father at Kniffen O'Malley. Brian did a wonderful job planning all the details from the start to end. He went out of his way any time of the day and night to accomodate what needed to be done. He took care of the cemetary, flowers, mason and military services, memorial cards, photo video, etc. in such a timely manner, that we did not have to worry or call about anything. He also went out of his way to surprise us with a personal addition to the funeral based on our father's personality. Brian did an excellent job on making the video with old photographs. He is also going out of his way in helping our family after the funeral with his knowledge of necessary paperwork.

I had starting preparing prior to my grandmother's passing so that I could be prepared but I was a complete mess when it happened. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best services possible. They not only honored my grandmother but also gave me the support and guidance that I so needed. I would of been lost and forget a lot of same details if it weren't for the staff. I could never really thank you enough just for the peace of mind that I received knowing she was in good hands.

We could not believe how perfectly beautiful Mommy (June Healy)  looked today...I certainly made the correct choice in using the reposing bed for mom's viewing. She looked as if she had drifted off into a nap & was having  a peaceful dream in her sleep. Her makeup was absolutely perfect. it was the way she looked in life, life her "old" self. I was amazed & my husband & children could not believe the beauty & naturalness about the viewing.

The look of confusion, anxiety, stress &  sadness...the "lost" look was gone...she looked like her "old" self...the way she had looked before the demon of Alzheimer's robbed her of her life. She was existing...not living the way she should have.

I am going to tell everyone I know about the extremely wonderful, loving, caring service that was given to us. At a most difficult & trying time, to KNOW there are OTHER options to consider in a viewing, made all the difference in relieving what we feared most...her viewing.
