Mary (Mark) Bullock

Mary (Mark) Bullock, 83, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away peacefully on Friday morning , August 5, 2016, at Golden Living Center, Wilkes-Barre.

Born on December 25, 1932, in Columbia, Mississippi, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Earl and Edgie Lee (Lewis) Mark.

Mary was a devoted member of Christian Assembly Church, Wilkes-Barre.  She retired from American Building Maintance at Wilkes University after over 25 years. Mary enjoyed spending time with her children and family.  

She also loved doing word searches and watching her favorite TV shows- Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Walker Texas Ranger and anything with Steven Segal in it.  Mary also loved listening to Elvis; she even got to touch one of his blue suede shoes at a concert.

Mary was preceded in death by; two sisters, Vergie Lee McGowan and Betty Jackson, a brother, Laverne Mark.

Surviving are her loving daughter, Carolyn Branch and her husband, Curtis, two loving sons, Ray Holmes Sr. and his wife, Louise, Kenneth Mark and and his wife, Terry, all of Wilkes-Barre, 7 grandchildren, Ray Jr. and Felicia Holmes, Duval and Gabrielle Branch, Brandon Krout, Deandra Mark, Candace Harris, a great grandchild, Joshua Goodwin, Jr., a brother, Larry Mark, Laurel, MS, a host of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be celebrated at 11:00AM on Monday, August 15, at Knffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 465 S. Main Street, and Wilkes-Barre with Pastor Andy Jerome officiating.

A Viewing will be held from 10:00 AM till the time of the service.
