Lois I. Cutts

Lois I. Cutts, 87, of Scranton, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at Allied Skilled Nursing Center, Scranton.

Born in Scranton on January 31, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Stella (Carey) Cutts.  She was a graduate of Clarks Summit-Clarks Green Joint High School, Class of 1946 and also attended Keystone Junior College for one year.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Lois was employed by an insurance agency in Scranton and later by several corporations in New York City.  After returning to this area, she was employed as a legal secretary by various law offices until retiring in 2004.

She was preceded in death by her brothers.

Surviving are nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

Per Lois’ wishes, there will be no services.  Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery,

Hanover Township.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kniffen O’Malley Leffler Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 465 South Main Street, Wilkes-Barre.
